How do you register an account in the recruitment system?

Principal's account is created during the creation of the domain assigned to the particular facility. Nextly the Principal can add employees in the following tab: Facility Management - Add employee. All mandatory fields (marked with an asterix) have to be filled. An activation link and logging instructions are sent to the given e-mail address at the moment of the account's creation.

What to do if the activation link has expired?

Every activation link sent from the Electronic Register is valid for exactly 48 hours. If the activation code has expired you should contact the administrator, lead authority or the technical support. The latter is available from monday to friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How do I retreive a lost password?

If during the logging an incorrect logging data notification appears, first of all you should make sure that the inputted data are correct with particular regard to the special characters, spaces and letter cases. To retrieve your password you should chose the I don't remember the password option beneath the logging window and enter the e-mail address which is tied to the account in the system. Waiting time for the message with the password change link is up to 30 minutes.

What are the recruitment's deadlines and who establishes them?

Recruitment's deadlines are established by the Department of Education in either the Municipal Office or the City Hall, they are overt and available on a banner at the top of the recruitment page in the Schedule tab.

What are the recruitment criteria and who establishes them?

Recruitment criteria are established by the Department of Education in either the Municipal Office or the City Hall, they are overt and available in the footer of the recruitment page in the Criteria tab.

Where can I find model documents attached to the applications?

Model documents are available for download in the footer of the recruitment page in the Application statements tab.

At what stage facilities' employees are allowed to enter to the system a application submitted on paper?

Applications submitted by the legal guardians on paper should be entered into the system. The opportunity to enter applications begins with the start of the application submitting stage and lasts until the end of the application verification by the facility stage.

At what stage the system calculates criteria points?

Points are calculated after the application has been verified by a facility's employee.

What happens during the application verification stage?

During the application verification stage data and statements attached to the application by the parent/legal guardian are checked.

What happens if a application turns out to be erroneously filled after the verification?

In the context menu (so called "three dots") of the employees panel there is a visible option "erroneously filled application" - after chosing this option an application gets a status of the same name. Nextly an e-mail informing about this change is sent to the parent's/legal guardian's electronic inbox. After logging in on one's parent account you are to correct the mistake and save the application once more.

What can cause an inability to submit to the system an application that has already been submitted to the facility on paper?

Most frequently the reason is that there already is a parent's account tied to the same e-mail address that is provided in the application. In that case we recommend asking the parent/legal guardian for providing another e-mail address.

At what stage and what changes can be made in an already submitted application?

Editing an application is possible until the end of the submitting application on paper stage by the facility. When the candidates are being qualified no changes in the applications can be made. To edit an application you have to chose an application from the applications list and chose the Application Editing from the contextual menu. After entering the changes the application should be saved and verified again so it's score can update.

What to do if an application hasn't been confirmed or signed with the Trusted Profile by the other parent/legal guardian?

If any problems with signing the application with a Trusted Profile occur, the parent can provide an application on paper. It enables the confirmation of the signature of the Trusted Profile in the contextual menu. An unconfirmed application cannot be verified. After the verification stage such application will be not accepted in the recruitment process.

Is it possible to change the facility's decision after candidate's qualification?

Yes. However it has to be done before the announcment of the qualified and disqualified candidates list.

Informations about the recruitment platform's address is provided by the Municipal Office and the facilities which are participating in the recruitment.

After getting to the proper page, you should chose the LOGIN OR REGISTER button. Next chose the CREATE PROFILE option.

Do I have to provide my e-mail address and mobile phone number during the registration?

Yes. These data are required because of the two-factor user authentication during the logging. It provides high level of security for every user account.

I've created an account but the activation link has expired. I cannot create a new account, because it's data are already in use in the system. How do I receive a new activation link?

Every activation link sent from the Electronic Register is valid for exactly 48 hours. If the activation code has expired you should contact the facility that your child will ultimately be applying to. You can also receive help by contacting the Municipal Office.

Will any additional documents be required?

All required documents are listed in the Criteria, on the bottom of the page. You can also find there a section called Statements for application, where you can download necessary documents from. These documents should be filled in and attached to the proper criteria during submitting the application.
